On the occassion of creating a new platform for disseminating knowledge, i would like to recall what were the kind of questions i was posed when i revealed my identity to some of my friends who are remotely connected to Mathematics..... The word computation brings to my mind the various facets of Computer Science the world is witnessing today. Computing power is something people wished for long, so also the ability to transform and transport information with a lightening speed. One of the very important applications of Mathematics is the reliable transport of information.This is ofcourse a crossdisciplinary area involving also Communication technology,Statistical Mechanics and webpublishing.
What all i want to do for the society shall be mirrored at this place. For now a fact that i can proclaim with probability one is that empowerment through knowledge is the disctum i follow.
